Mountjoy Capital believes in, and adheres to, the following principles:

 

• Applying a single qualitative filter to all hedge funds among all styles and all geographies, without bias.

• All hedge fund evaluations are, and will always be, undertaken by a single and senior analyst.

• Speaking with and evaluating a large number of hedge funds is a must: the more we speak with the better the filter and the higher the conviction level.

 

Mountjoy Capital offers qualitative hedge fund research on the following platforms:
 

• For an annual fee, scaled to the AUM deployed into hedge funds, the institutional investor has access to a fertile and exclusive idea generation and screening platform.

1. At least 700 hedge fund evaluations on a yearly basis.
2. Service available to 20 institutional investors only (and then close to new business).
3. More than adding a name to a distribution list: allowing time for dialogue with the institutional investor, and tilting of research effort.
   
4. Accessible research platform for those just starting a program and/or without the critical mass to justify internal senior research capability.
5. Accessible senior analyst at the price of a junior analyst.
6. Accessible senior analyst with a running start.
   

• Qualitative hedge fund evaluations for specific search on a consultant basis.
