Mountjoy Capital understands and remains committed to the principle of “independence and objectivity” in delivering uncompromised and unbiased hedge fund evaluation, research, advisory and due diligence services for its clients, and their beneficiaries.

Mountjoy Capital shall not accept any fees (monetary or in kind) from any hedge fund (or their affiliations) to make recommendations.

Mountjoy Capital, its shareholders, directors, officers, and employees shall remain independent and non-affiliated, directly or indirectly, with any other operating unit or firm that would compromise Mountjoy Capital’s independence and objectivity, real or perceived.

• Hedge Fund Administrator
• Hedge Fund Auditor
• Hedge Fund Legal Counsel

Mountjoy Capital shall render available, for review, its accounting and business documents to those who wish to undertake due diligence on Mountjoy Capital to validate the above.
